🌙 Terms of Service
Artist: MementoxTori
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.If you have any questions or special requests, I’m happy to discuss them prior to payment.🌙 1. GENERAL TERMS
I may record or stream the drawing process (Twitch, YouTube, etc.) and post progress or finished work on my portfolio or social media.All artworks will include a small, unobtrusive signature or watermark. This may not be removed or altered.Prices are subject to change based on demand, complexity, or project scope. I reserve the right to decline any commission I’m uncomfortable with for any reason. Even though I am a tattoo artist, I do not design tattoos for other artists to apply.🌙 2. PAYMENT & PROCESSING
Payments are accepted in USD via Square. All transactions include a 3% processing fee, which is the client’s responsibility. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your commission slot .If you prefer to pay in full, only the initial 50% is considered nonrefundable once the sketching begins. Please do not send payment until I have confirmed your slot and issued a formal request or invoice. After your spot is confirmed I will send you an invoice link through Square.🌙 3. COMMISSION PROCESS
You will be notified when I begin sketching. At this point, the 50% deposit becomes nonrefundable.
You’ll receive:
Rough sketch(s) or mockups for approval
Optional color roughs (depending on complexity)
Final high-res artwork (.PNG or .JPEG, 300 DPI)
Traditional paintings (when requested) will be carefully packaged and shipped.You are responsible for shipping fees and any risk of damage or loss during transit. Turnaround varies from 1 week to 3 months depending on complexity, queue, health, or season. I’ll update you if delays arise.🌙 4. REVISIONS
You may request revisions during the sketch phase (up to 2–3 depending on complexity).If I do not receive feedback within 72 hours of sending a sketch, I will move forward with rendering as-is.
Revisions after rendering begins are subject to additional fees unless the issue is due to artist error.
Revisions to previously approved stages may also incur fees.🌙 5. DEADLINES & DELIVERY
Please let me know in advance if you have a deadline.
Rush fees may apply depending on urgency.
Final files are digital (.PNG/.JPEG at 300 DPI).Traditional work will be shipped with tracking.I (MementoxTori) am not responsible for lost or damaged mail once shipped.
🌙 6. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
I (MementoxTori) retain full copyright to all artwork.
Unless a commercial license is purchased, you may not use your commission for profit.I may use the artwork for:
My portfolio or social media
Merchandise or art books
Promotional materialsYou may:
Use it for personal, non-commercial purposes (social media icons, prints for yourself, etc.)
Post it online (credit is appreciated but not required)
Display it in personal streams or videos where the artwork isn’t the focus of monetizationYou may not:
Remove my watermark or claim the work as your own
Alter the work without permission
Sell or profit from the artwork without a commercial license
Use it for NFTs or AI training
Commercial rights can be purchased separately—just ask!🌙 7. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
50% deposit is nonrefundable once I begin sketching. If you cancel before I begin, you may receive a full refund. If you’ve paid in full and cancel after sketch approval, I will refund the remaining 50% only. If you cancel after rendering begins, the full payment is nonrefundable. If I am unable to complete your piece for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Chargebacks are not permitted.
Any unauthorized chargeback will result in:
Immediate termination of the commission
Forfeiture of all rights to the artwork
Submission of evidence to PayPal/Square
Permanent blacklisting🌙 8. CLIENT COMMUNICATION
You must respond to feedback or revision requests within 72 hours unless otherwise discussed. If I don’t receive a response within that time, I will proceed to the next phase to stay on schedule. Clear communication helps ensure a piece you’ll love!🌙 9. WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Final digital file (PNG/JPEG at 300 DPI)
